We flew into Bangkok (a 2 1/2 hour flight) on a Saturday and stayed the weekend with our good friends Amy and Kip, and their two girls (4 and 2). Our kids completely ransacked the house for new toys, anxious to play with new stuff. We didn't realize it had been so long since we left our house/routine. They successfully demolished the apartment and by day two we decided to give our hosts a break from the Diamond trio and took a very exciting tuk-tuk ride. In retrospect it was not a safe adventure, but man did they have fun. I have never seen all three faces so happy at the same time. It was worth every last baht!
We also enjoyed playing a local park nearby...
Some sibling love caught on film...
Jack borrowing Mr. Potato-head's glasses...
The girls playing with a doll house....
The girls were playing with bubbles, but Jack was eating the bubbles...
We didn't get any pics after Sunday afternoon because Ainsley got a horrible stomach bug, then Matt got it, then me...so we spent time vomiting and trying to rest and didn't seem to get the camera out for any of that :-)
